I’ve known Serena since 2020—about six years now—and first met her when I was working on a project called 81 Activate to Print Defiance. At that time, we were experiencing real challenges managing and coordinating the many departments and workstreams coming out of such a large project.
When Serena joined, she came in with bright, creative ideas about how to bring order and structure to everything we were doing. She made an immediate impact.
She introduced strong production and project‑management approaches, set up systems, organised files, and streamlined processes. Everything that had previously felt messy or hard to track became clear, organised, and simple. If we needed a document, we could go straight to the shared Google folder and find it neatly stored and up to date.
For me personally, Serena tackled the problems we were facing and simplified them. She brought her professional, colourful skill set to the table and helped to smooth and stabilise the entire project. She managed diary appointments, organised meetings, communicated with different stakeholders, improved our communication processes, and even helped navigate some of the conflict that arose during that period.
Her contribution made a huge difference to the project in terms of time, efficiency, and overall culture. I would recommend her without hesitation—absolutely at the highest level. Serena brings enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to stay focused and deliver what is needed on any project.
A couple of years later, when I began my CAMHS redesign project, I reached out to her again. Once more, she managed the back‑end administration beautifully—writing letters, coordinating communication, and keeping the project running smoothly.
